Tae Kwon Do is derived from serveral martial arts with it's main influence being karate. Literally translated Tae is to kick or smash with feet. Kwon means to intercept or strike with the hands and Do is the way or art, thus Tae Kwon Do is to use the hands and feet to swiftly overcome an attacker. The TAGB is Europe's largest Tae Kwon Do organisation with over 25,000 members and 600 schools in the UK. Most towns throughout Great Britain have their own TAGB club, so if you move away you can be sure of receiving the same quality tuition. The TAGB stands for quality and expertise in the field of Martial Arts, so don't settle for less. Training is held at Northolt High School on Tuesdays and Fridays.
